As some of you may know, we recently started carrying a new weight-loss product in our office called Ideal Protein. So far, we’ve started 5 total dieters on this program and we’re seeing amazing results. Some of our dieters were having troubles finding things that they could make on their own, that would incorporate different flavors and meats allowed on this strict program. My husband, Mike Tarjoman (Dr. Tarjoman), thought it’d be a good idea for him to be on the protocol as well to better relate to all his patients and dieters. He too wanted variety and ideas on what to make. We ended up turning to the Ideal Protein Recipe’s Book to see what we could whip up. Sure enough, the above picture is one of the MANY amazing recipes they have – & although Mike is pretty much a MASTER CHEF , anyone could cook this specific recipe, even beginners!!! This was actually one of the main reasons I wanted to start up a blog, so all of our dieter’s could get some inspiration and stick with the program thanks to the many option available. For now, I’m not going to put the exact recipe up, because I don’t want to get in trouble for possible copyright issues, so for now, I’m going to tease you and tell you, YES! It tasted just as YUMMY as it looks, & Mike & I are going to post regularly any and all of the recipes they recommend and have in that book. If I get permission from Ideal Protein directly regarding posting their recipes, then you will recieve an updated blog following this blog with directions on how to make this DELISH DISH!
