Can you believe this!?!  YES!  You can have this on the Ideal Protein Diet!  Crazy huh!?!  It tasted just as good as it looked, if not BETTER!  && it gives you the required 2 cups of veggies that you need for dinner…This is a recipe of our own (mainly Dr. T’s/Mikey’s)…  We knew we were allowed to have turkey meat so we decided to make homemade lean turkey burgers Sunday evening!!!  So how do you make it!?!  WELL!  You take ground turkey meat (lean of course), sprouts, celery, onions, green peppers, garlic, salt and pepper, soy sauce & Worcester sauce, and mix it all together in one big bowl…  We then BBQed it for about 15-20 minutes.  While the burgers are grillin’, we sauteed some mushrooms on the stove top with some olive oil, salt and pepper until cooked thoroughly..  Once the burgers and mushrooms are done, take the burgers and put a little bit of Walden Farms Honey Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard on top of the patty, place the patty on a bed of iceburg lettuce, top with the mushrooms & another layer of iceburg lettuce… This is definitely one you will ENJOY!  I guarantee it 😉
